They came today - looking like a device of torture from an s&m dungeon these beauties promise to grip on solid ice just when we rose to a tropical 9 degrees today! i was so hot on my run i could have worn a t-shirt and shorts!! yes they say the ice will be back - i wait with baited breath! until then i will adore my kahtoolas in anticipation of a cold front!!  Dog reps of 3 miles today! All i had time for! Looking forward to long runs at weekend!
